Social Stars

Social Stars social/emotional groups aims to teach positive social behaviors, verbal and nonverbal communication, interactions, and skills. The groups provide a caring environment where kids can learn from encouragement, experience, and practice

crew concepts 

Days/times 

Social Stars uses principals of CBT to promote

  1. Interpersonal effectiveness;

  2. Distress tolerance/reality acceptance skills;

  3. Emotion regulation;

  4. Mindfulness skills.

All of these skills are practiced and mastered through fun games and activities and supported in a friendly and supportive group environemt 

Monday at 4:00 for 4-6 year olds

Monday   at 5:00 for 7-9 year olds

 $660 for 12 weeks including materials
