"Erin is a professional through and through. Our first call was slated for 30 mins and was well over an hour (nearly 1.5 hours). She was patient, kind and never rushed me. She is a OT and also a mom, so she is knowledgeable from both perspectives. She can guide you wearing her clinician hat, but also empathize and relate as a mom of 4 kids herself. She’s passionate about what she does and that was evident very early into my initial call with her. She does this because she has witnessed the results of IM, and truly wants to help other families in similar situations. Through this process I feel as if I have gained a friend, I text her very often and she always responds promptly and with great detail.
